This is our schools second time ordering with Balsa Central and it won't be the last! They are fantastic to work with and very helpful if you have questions. We ordered through the website this time and it was nice to be able to add products to the cart and checkout using the school system/invoice generator. Our order shipped super fast and the balsa wood was exactly what we wanted. It's already in the classroom being used.

For an Education account that enables you to receive 14-day school invoicing, simply create and account on https://education.balsacentral.com.au/ and complete the 3 simple steps below.
1. Enter items to your cart
2. Choose School Invoicing at the payment section in your shopping cart.
3. Email a School Purchase to sales@balsacentral.com.au.
Please add *school closure dates and any other relevant information in the order notes. *Required to prevent redelivery fees being charged.
Balsacentral Education School Ordering is subject to the following conditions.
- Orders can take up to 3 business days to process in our warehouse.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- FREE SHIPPING to 90% of Australia* on any order over $150.
- There is a standing AUTHORITY TO LEAVE for all deliveries to residential addresses. Please contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements.
- You will receive your order anywhere from 3 - 10 business days from the date of dispatched.
- An email with the freight tracking details will be sent once booked for dispatch. Please use these consignment details to track your order as we are unable to provide any more information than the courier.
Shipping over-size orders
Shipping over-size parcels or to very remote areas of Australia may incur additional charges. We will contact you asap if this applies. You will always have the option to have your order fully refunded if you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge.
We try our hardest to make shipping as affordable as possible. However shipping to some remote areas can reach up to $200+. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer flat rate or free shipping to these areas.
Shipping Delays
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but once an order leaves our warehouse it can sometimes be affected by shipping delays. As well as couriers, we use Australia Post. Head to the Australia Post site for possible delivery delays to see if your delivery may be affected.
