Shipping policy

BALSACENTRAL EDUCATION SCHOOL ORDERING IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

  • Orders can take up to 3 business days to process in our warehouse.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • FREE SHIPPING to 90% of Australia* on any order over $165 excluding oversize orders.
  • There is a standing AUTHORITY TO LEAVE for all deliveries to residential addresses. Please contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements.
  • You will receive your order anywhere from 3 - 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • An email with the freight tracking details will be sent once booked for dispatch. Please use these consignment details to track your order as we are unable to provide any more information than the courier.

There is no minimum order value.

Shipping for standard 915mm products is $19.50 for orders below $165, and FREE for orders over this amount *
Shipping for 1220mm products is $36 for orders below $165, and $16.50 for orders over this amount.*

The free freight option automatically activates after the total Cart amount reaches and exceeds $165 inclusive of GST. At this point, freight charges are removed.

If the delivery address is deemed as remote and Balsacentral incurs excessive freight charges Balsacentral reserves the right to hold an order and quote the purchaser a competitive rate to send the order to the customer. If this quotation is unacceptable to the customer a 100% refund will be made within working 3 days for the quotation.

SHIPPING OVER-SIZE ORDERS

Shipping over-size parcels or to very remote areas of Australia may incur additional charges. We will contact you ASAP if this applies. You will always have the option to have your order fully refunded if you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge.

We try our hardest to make shipping as affordable as possible. However, shipping to some remote areas can reach up to $200+. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer flat rates or free shipping to these areas.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but once an order leaves our warehouse it can sometimes be affected by shipping delays. As well as couriers, we use Australia Post. Head to the Australia Post site for possible delivery delays to see if your delivery may be affected.
